July 12, 2004 -- R. KELLY (above) is so obsessed with Africa, he turned his music studio into a jungle. "I have never been to Africa, but I got books and studied up on the music, the culture and, most importantly, the people," Kelly told the upcoming issue of Damon Dash's America Magazine. "That's why you see all of the shrubs and plants and trees in here. I just wanted to feel it. I put tents in the studio and slept in the tents for like a few months, eating off the floors, dressed in army fatigues. . . . I know people out there might laugh, but we are in the jungle." In an apparent and unfathomable Vietnam reference, he continues, "We're on a serious mission, and just know that Charlie is out there to stop us, and you have to load up your guns. I know this all sounds crazy . . ." It sure does.

HAHAHAHA Wtf? R. Kelly goes on to say "See, in Africa it's okay to pee on a 14 year old girl. In fact, it cures they AIDS."

I can't believe people can hate America when stuff like this is in the papers all the time. Like does Michael Moore never read the NY Post? Maybe he'd stop taking credit for absolutely nothing if he decorated himself like Africa. And by decorate himself like Africa I mean lose 200 pounds.
