what was *I* up to?

Do you ever notice how a lot of the people who eat mass healthy...with all the spirulina and quinoa and whole grains and micronutrients ...are the most fucked up in terms of drugs / alcohol / depression / insomnia, etc?

I boiled lentils for an hour, added chopped carrots, tofu (isoflavonoids yeah!), and corn... no oil or butter or fat or meat, low sodium, over a bit of pastina, with vegetable bovril for seasoning.

Yummy? Yes. Trying to atone for something? You betcha.
