Dennis and Claire had a party at their new place, and here are the photographic depictions to fortify my claim.
 
And that's all dudes! The next night Mike and I had a party at our house which is conveniently located 3 blocks away- thereby enabling us to NEVER leave Parkdale all weekend.
Which, you know, depending on how you feel about the neighborhood, is either awesome or totally depressing. I'll go with the former!
